PostConnect is an Austrian Post shipping app for Shopify. It imports Shopify orders, creates the matching shipping labels and writes tracking information back to each order. This removes the repeated switching between Shopify and a separate shipping portal.
The app supports more than 30 Austrian Post options, including express delivery, cash on delivery and preferred delivery. Depending on the plan, merchants can also use automated customer notifications, a branded tracking page, return labels, shipping analytics and additional automation.

Select a Shopify order, review the shipping details and create the label directly in the admin. PostConnect reduces manual data entry and common transfer errors involving names, addresses or shipping options.
Create and print multiple labels together. Depending on the selected plan, PostConnect can process up to 50 labels in one batch, making daily shipping peaks easier to handle.
PostConnect supports Zebra, Dymo and Brother thermal printers. Labels can be sent directly to the configured printer without opening and printing every PDF individually.
Tracking numbers are synchronized with Shopify orders. Customers can receive automated updates and follow deliveries through a branded tracking page. This reduces shipping-status questions and creates a consistent post-purchase experience.
Return labels can be managed centrally. For international shipments, PostConnect also supports automatically generated customs documents such as CN22 and CN23 where required.
